Watch Instantly

 When laying out this website, I wasn't really sure where to put Netflix.  We have Netflix at the home and feel it is the best alternative to free tv and cable and dish subscriptions.  There are plenty of movies, including hard to find at your local movie rental store, and depending on your plan (see below) can have at least one movie in your home at a time.  We currently have the 2 movie at once option, which allows us to have approximatley 4 DVD's per week.

THe "Watch Instantly" option in Netflix gives you the ability to watch many movies and TV shows instantly on your computer.  You must have the unlimited plan which will cost a minimum of $8.99 per month. The quality is decent and streaming is good enough to where my wife and I can even watch old Office episodes on our old 802.11b (yes 11b) wireless laptop in our bedroom everynight without any issues.  See My Current Setup on how to watch this on your TV.  The TV episodes are not the current seasons, but if you missed a whole season, you can catch up in a few days.  If you are looking for current episodes go to Internet TV.  Also see my review on the Roku Netlfix player.

Disadvantages

• Not as many movies available to watch instantly (they are always adding more)
